Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the EduSaga 360 platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EduSaga 360 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including institutional administrators, staff, and authorized representatives.
2. Description of Service
EduSaga 360 is a cloud-based school management platform providing tools for student lifecycle management, HR and payroll, finance and accounting, attendance, campus operations, parent communications, and AI-assisted administration. The Service is provided by Aization Group.
3. Account Registration & Institutional Access
Access to EduSaga 360 is granted to educational institutions through a formal subscription agreement. The institution is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its login credentials, ensuring all users comply with these terms, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Payment
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing, payment terms, and renewal conditions are defined in the separate commercial agreement signed between the institution and Aization Group. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension of access.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, upload malicious code or attempt to breach platform security, share access credentials with unauthorized parties, use the platform for purposes other than legitimate educational administration, or reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
6. Data Ownership & Processing
All institutional data entered into EduSaga 360 remains the property of the institution. Aization Group acts as a data processor and processes data solely according to the institution's instructions and applicable law. Upon contract termination, data can be exported and will be deleted from our systems within 90 days.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, content, and technology comprising the EduSaga 360 platform are the exclusive property of Aization Group and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any platform components.
8. Service Availability & SLA
We target 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned outages, we will restore service as quickly as possible. Specific uptime guarantees may be defined in your commercial agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aization Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the institution in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the UAE or KSA, as applicable to the institution's location.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
